No returns are accepted. My items are packed with great care and attention. I use a great deal of bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts. However, if you receive an item which has been damaged in shipment, please contact me for a refund of the cost of the item. I will file a claim with the postal service, however, I will need pictures of the damaged item as well as pictures of the original packaging I shipped it in, to supply to the postal service. Shipping charges are not refundable.
